Under normal circumstances, there will be NO EXCHANGE, RETURN OR REFUND of any items that are purchased, regardless if the products have been pick-up, open or unopened and so on.

 

For items that is verified and agreed by X Concept Computer Hub that the faulty defective items are a result caused by factor (such as during delivery), these items will be available for exchange for the same item. These items must be bought back to us with receipt issued.

 

Under certain circumstances, products that need to send back to supplier (local or oversea) might incur handling and other service charge. These charges are to be paid by the customer in the case of such items are defective as a result due to error by the customer. If the reason for your return is due to our error, there will be no charges of any sort.

 

Any other cases that qualify for an exchange and return will incur a re-stocking fees.

 

Important Note: All refund or exchange for any items purchased must be returned to us within 7 working days upon receiving of the products ordered. No further dispute will be entertained after 7 working days.

 

Please note that X Concept Computer Hub will not be able to accept returns of Software due to incompatibility of software with your PC system. It is always best to visit the software manufacturers website or search the Internet for more Information before purchasing a Software.

All our products are brand new, genuine and factory fresh. All our products are covered under general warranty as stated below otherwise a specific warranty information will be provided to customers upon purchase of goods.

 

Computer Hardwares / Mobile Phones / MP3,MP4 Players / Tablet

 

The equipment stated is warranted against manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase under normal use except for (a) Battery, (b) Charger, (c) LCD Screen and (d) Internal Speaker which are warranty for a period of 3 months only. X Concept Computer Hub does not cover accessories on external ports such as casing, control knobs/buttons, carrying case or carrying strap, power switch. X Concept Computer Hub, at it's option, will at no charge repair and replace all faulty parts but subject to as foresaid. All faulty accessories, parts and equipment recovered shall become the property of X Concept Computer Hub. Replaced parts, accessories and boards are warranted for the balance of original warranty period.

 

X Concept Computer Hub Warranty is not transferable, negotiable or assignable to a third party.

 

Official receipt must be produced together with the equipment when seeking repair.

 

It does not cover poor performance due to bad reception or non-reception of radio signals as a result of blind spot or in areas of poor signal strength (GSM/3G signal, Wi-Fi signal etc.)

 

X Concept Computer Hub Warranty does not include transport, delivery or handling charge incurred in the transportation of the equipment/accessries to and from X Concept Computer Hub.

 

Accessories that comes with Computer Hardwares, Mobile Phones, MP3, MP4 Players, Tablet, etc are not covered with three (3) months warranty.

 

X Concept Computer Hub Warranty will be null and void in any of the following events:

- If the damage on your equipment has been damage caused by accident, hazard, flood, voltage fluctation, faulty installation, act of God, misuse, negligence, corrosion, rusts or stain or causes other than ordinary use: or

- If your equipment is modified or tampered with or repaired by any person other than X Concept Computer Hub technician or if the original identification marks have been removed from the set; or

- If Official Receipt is altered or defaced in any manner whatsever.
